Our members are a group of like-minded individuals who share a passion for flying. Regular hangar meetings and social events let you share stories and learn from our diverse membership.

Ownership Experience

Enjoy the experience of owning a plane without the hassle of airplane ownership. Schedule the plane, show up, open the hangar, and fly. When you’re done, fuel up the airplane with the club gas card, clean the wings, and put it away.

Affordability

You won’t match our hourly rates anywhere. We’re dramatically less expensive than FBOs that need to cover their overhead and make a profit.

SFC LogoSkyhaven Flying Club is a not-for-profit private flying club based at Skyhaven Airport in Rochester, New Hampshire.

The club is comprised of a wide variety of members, from new pilots to CFIIs. Our membership includes aircraft mechanics; flight instructors; and private, commercial, and air transport pilots holding nearly every imaginable endorsement.

Our members are unified by a common desire to continuously learn about aviation, to do so in a safe and fun manner, and to pass their knowledge to future generations of aviators.

Access to our airplanes and flight instructors require that you are a current member of the club.

We use a web-based online scheduling tool, allowing you to see when the aircraft are scheduled and book a time to fly.

Skylhaven Flying Club has a limited number of members resulting in the outstanding availability of our aircraft.
